Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, and your device and browser. A screenshot and steps to reproduce help. Do not send passwords, API keys, private invite links or recordings you do not want to share.
ChatGPT connection
Connect the SynthCity project you want to work on. Keep that project open in the studio for playback and browser-rendered exports. If the wrong project is connected, disconnect and connect the intended project.
Your projects and data
Export important projects and recordings for backup. For account access, data access or deletion requests, email us from the address associated with your account where possible. We may ask you to verify ownership.
